I’m a beginner quilter. Are these retreats right for me?

Absolutely! Our retreats are designed for all levels of quilters. You will have an opportunity to meet, work alongside and learn from quilters with varying interests, skills, and talents. We have found that quilters are very helpful people and they are often quite happy to lend a hand or share a little tip to make quilting a bit easier.

We also offer specialized workshop retreats that focus on building new skills and techniques. These instructor-led workshops provide focused instruction in a no-stress environment. We limit the attendee enrollment for our workshops so that everyone can feel free to work at their own pace, ask questions and receive the help they need to be successful.

Also, there are many dimensions to the art of quilting (traditional, modern, applique, portrait, landscape, just to name just a few) and retreats offer the chance to meet people who may have a different quilting focus, which gives an opportunity to explore new avenues.
